Everyone is welcome to use our facilities and become a Member of Loughborough Sport, including students, alumni, staff, University partners or just those from the wider community.

The following are eligible for our discounted membership prices:

Loughborough Students
University Current students of Loughborough University will automatically receive accounts with Loughborough Sport upon registration
College Available to all students of Loughborough College upon request

Staff and Alumni
Staff Current employees of Loughborough University will automatically receive accounts with Loughborough Sport upon contract start date
Alumni Previous Loughborough University students

Key Affiliates
Family of Staff Staff currently employed by Loughborough University may nominate one family member for this discount
Loughborough Sport Partners Members of partner organisations and those who are part of our Univeristy Sport Programmes but aren't Loughborough Students, staff or alumni
Loughborough College Staff Current employees of Loughborough College

Affiliates - Not eligible to purchase Gold Loughborough Sport Memberships
University Tenants All employees working for a tenant organisation based on campus
Blue Light / Defence Blue Light / Defence Discount Service Cardholders
Students from another institute Current students from other universities and colleges with a valid student card
Senior Citizen 60 years old and above

When creating your account, if you are eligible for this discount, please upload proof of your eligibility to sportmemberships@lboro.ac.uk. This can be in the form of an image of your staff, student, Blue Light / Defence Discount Service card. This card must display your name and expiry date. 

Please note that Student NUS or TOMUM cards will NOT be accepted without a valid student card.

Reinbursements will not be refunded to members if membership has been purchased prior to providing proof of eligibility.

The following can also become Loughborough Sport Members:

Community - Not eligible to purchase Gold Loughborough Sport Memberships
Adult 16 years old and above
Child Below 16 years old; only eligible for Purple and Bronze Memberships
