Loughborough Sport terms and conditions

The below terms and conditions apply to all Loughborough Sport members and guests utilising the facilities and services provided by Loughborough Sport.

Prior to purchasing a membership or booking a service with us you should read the terms and conditions carefully and be aware of our surcharges.

Courses provided by an external company

Our sports facilities are available for external companies to hire, and they can be bookable to host a sports course.  Please be aware that although we may actively promote these courses within our sports facilities or media channels, Loughborough Sport are not the organiser of the activity and all enquiries will need to be made directly to the course organiser.  This includes cancellations and refund requests.  We can not forward a request or have an influence on the outcome.

Sports club membership, kit and activity fees

Loughbrough Sport may collect fees for the sports clubs situated in the Athletics Union and Performance squad teams, however any enquiries regarding these fees need to be directed to the AU Club or Performance team staff directly who are responsible for this membership or activity fees.  This includes cancellations and refund requests.  We can not forward a request or have any influence on the outcome.

If you are experiencing an issue using your Loughbrough Sport account to purchase any of these fees, then please contact us to assist you, by providing your student ID, and the details of the fee you are attempting to make payment for.  Please provide screen shots of the error where possible, membership type or the name, date and time of activity, this will aid us to resolve your issue.
