Membership Cancellations

Refund requests will be considered within 7 working days

Memberships paid upfront

Refunds* may be requested when:

  • Membership has been purchased less than 14 days before cancellation request has been submitted
  • You are withdrawing from your studies or employment at Loughborough University
  • You are currently unable to exercise due to medical reasons

*All refunds will incur a £20 admin fee plus any usage of our facilities or services.

Memberships paid monthly

Membership can be cancelled at any time by providing a full calendar month's notice in writing.  Fees may still be collected after notice has been received if payment is due within the calendar months’ notice period. To cancel your membership as soon as possible, it is advised that you cancel your direct debit with your bank prior to completing this form.
