As Head of Boarding for Loughborough Amherst School, Emily’s takes responsibility to ensure that all LUNTA players are catered for when it comes to accommodation, boarding, food provision and overall care whilst at LUNTA. Emily and her team of Boarding staff act as the player’s parents during their time at Loughborough taking overall ‘loco parentis’ responsibility. Emily works closely with the LUNTA team to ensure player happiness, health and wellbeing is taken care of.  

Emily occupies her Boarding role alongside working as a Chemistry teacher at Loughborough Grammar School. Emily has some great experience in Boarding settings, supporting players at St Edmund’s College in the role of Housemistress alongside teaching at the School. Emily graduated from a Chemistry degree at the University of Leeds and has been involved in teaching for over 5 years.
