Swimming Pool
Opened in 2002, our 50m pool is home to the Loughborough Swimming Performance Programme, a British Swimming National Centre and British Triathlon Performance Centre - the training base for some of the world’s leading swimmers!
Within our facility, we provide:
- a 50m pool, dividable into two 25m pools
- variable pool depth from 0 to 2m
- a conditioning gym for elite swimmers
- international standard diving blocks, timing systems and scoreboard
- a retail outlet stocking swimming gear and Loughborough Sport merchandise
- a comprehensive Learn 2 Swim programme for children and adults of all ages, delivered by Loughborough Sport.
Swimming Pool Parking
From the 28th April 2025, our Swimming Pool car park will be a Short Stay car park.
The swimming pool and Loughborough Students Union East Car Parks will provide parking for up to a maximum of 2 hours (no return within 2 hours) to better support the visitors to the pool and surrounding facilities.
From the 28th, a new area on the parking system website will appear to allow this area to be booked.
Please note there are no exceptions to the maximum stay 2 hours rule, and this includes Staff, Students and Campus Partners.
