Private Medical Insurance

We accept the following private medical health insurance companies: -

• Aviva
• AXA
• BUPA (including BUPA Global) - Not accepted for Podiatry
• Cigna
• Vitality
• WPA

We would suggest the policy holder contact their medical insurance company regarding their individual conditions prior to commencing treatment to activate a claim/request an authorisation.

• Is there a policy excess, which the policy holder has to self-pay
• Check the number of sessions or monetary value available
• Is there a time limit for the treatment to take place i.e. prior to the date the policy will expire

We will provide and require you to complete a Medical Insurance Agreement Form. We can then invoice your insurance company directly using the information you have provided. Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule, as medical insurance will not cover this and you would then be required to self-fund the cost of the appointment.

From 1 August 2024, we are introducing a top-up fee.  This will need to be paid per appointment and will vary depending on the shortfall we have from our current charges versus what the medical insurance companies dictate we can claim.
