Our Approach

We believe that Bike fitting is iterative in nature, and this is why we our developing our services to reflect this. Starting with the Foundation Fit, we recognise the cornerstone to performance starts with establishing a safe and injury-free riding position.

Through a combination of contact point adjustments, exercise prescription, and training advice, our holistic approach extends beyond what most bike fitters offer. All delivered from our Cycling Performance Hub, we are specialists in solving cycling-related pain and problems.

A Foundation Fit is where you should start. With applied physiotherapy expertise and sports specific knowledge, we ensure we understand you and your body. Making informed positional adjustments to the three major contact points of the bike: foot/cleat, pelvic/saddle, and hand/cockpit. Suitable for those riding both road and TT setups, we work with you to establish a safe and comfortable riding position, identifying strategies to mitigate injury and discomfort both on and off the bike.
