Loughborough Hockey strikes sponsorship deal with The Scott Group

Loughborough Hockey is delighted to confirm The Scott Group as its latest sponsor for the 2019/2020 campaign.

Loughborough Hockey is delighted to confirm The Scott Group as its latest sponsor for the 2019/2020 campaign.

As part of the deal, the company’s logo will feature on the Women’s Hockey first-team kit and representatives from the business will also select the ‘player of the match’ following all away fixtures in the Investec Women’s Hockey League Premier Division.

The Scott Group provides services to industrial and manufacturing markets throughout the UK and in Europe, including sustainable timber pallet and packaging solutions, as well as national distribution of safety equipment, workwear, PPE and a wide range of tools and engineering supplies.

The agreement complements The Scott Group’s corporate social responsibility strategy which pledges to help the development of young adults. Additionally, the 1,100 people across the business have access to a coaching and mentoring scheme that allies with the performance ethos of Loughborough University.

The Scott Group are no strangers to hockey at Loughborough University as it is also the current sponsor of the Athletic Union Club.

The Women’s Hockey first-team next home fixture is on Saturday 9th November v the University of Birmingham, Kick-off 2 pm
