Making five changes to the side that beat Bristol, both Emma Hardy and Meg Davey retain their starting positions after their strong performances, while Becky Noon comes into the starting XV to bolster the pack. Lizzie Adam and Fran Goldthorp are both in the side for the first time and will be hoping to make their season debuts.
In their previous encounter this season Lightning started slowly but lost narrowly, 24-33, after rallying in the second half. With a change of venue to Cobham RFC, and to a 4G pitch, Lightning will be looking for a fast paced and consistent performance, and their first win against Quins since September 2018.
