Rewards and Recognition Package

We value the hard work and contributions of all our volunteers within the Coach & Volunteer Academy and therefore offer a bespoke recognition package to our student and community volunteers for any voluntary hours they log on their CVA Portal account.

Why log your hours?

There are  seven  recognition milestones that volunteers can achieve through logging their hours, with a range of different items to choose from at each milestone. 

To collect your rewards, please come to the Student Sport office (located upstairs in the Students' Union) during our drop-in session which takes place on Tuesday's between 11am-1pm.

For passing the 25 hours milestone volunteers will receive a congratulatory certificate and pin badge, and can choose ONE of the following items:

  • Coach & Volunteer Academy key ring
  • Coach & Volunteer Academy water bottle

For passing the 50 hours milestone, volunteers will receive a congratulatory certificate and pin badge and can choose ONE of the following items:

  • Coach & Volunteer Academy notepad
  • Coach & Volunteer Academy T-shirt

For passing the 100 hours milestone, volunteers will receive a congratulatory certificate and pin badge and can choose ONE of the following items:

  • Any of above
  • Loughborough Sport fixtures tickets (x2)
  • Coach & Volunteer Academy bobble hat

For passing the 250 hours milestone, volunteers will receive a congratulatory certificate and pin badge and can choose ONE of the following items:

  • Any of the above
  • £25 Bursary for conference/course of your choice to aid personal/professional development
  • £25 Kukri Voucher 
  • £25 Love To Shop Voucher 
  • £25 Amazon Voucher 

For passing the 500 hours milestone, volunteers will receive a congratulatory certificate and pin badge and can choose ONE of the following items:

  • Any of above
  • CVA Kukri retro fleece and CVA mug

For passing the 750 hours milestone, volunteers will receive a congratulatory certificate and pin badge and can choose the following item: 

  • Any of above
  • CVA Kukri rucksack and CVA mug

For passing the 1000 hours milestone, volunteers will receive a congratulatory certificate and pin badge, and can choose ONE of the following items:

  • Any of above
  • £100 bursary  for a conference or course to aid personal/professional development
  • Built for Athletes CVA rucksack 
  • CVA mug
  • Access to the exclusive 1000 hours club and bespoke 1:1 suppor
