Charlotte joins us, having previously played for Nottingham Forest and Derby County Women.
While at Forest, she won the FAWNL Northern Premier Division and the League Cup, playing alongside our current vice-captain, Georgia Hewitt.
Steggles says, “I am looking forward to starting with the team. I couldn’t thank Charlie and the team enough. Coming in injured, they have looked after me and welcomed me into the group.
The environment was key for me, so being in and around a team that is positive and wants to move the club forward was really important to me. I can’t wait to get started and hopefully return on the pitch soon.”
In addition to her ability to play across the pitch, Charlotte brings proven leadership qualities, experience, and a winning mentality that will strengthen our squad as we begin our 25/26 campaign.
