Trials and Training fees terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are offered in addition to your legal rights.

1. Loughborough University reserves the right to alter these conditions without notice, other than by posting the revisions on the Loughborough Sport website. The alterations or revision will apply from the date of first posting on the website.

1. Reservations can not be made without full payment for the trial.
2. Bookings must be made prior to the outlined deadline.
3. Payment is strictly non-refundable or transferrable, this includes withdrawals due to illness or injury.
4. Any fees paid for a trial booking made in error will be forfeited. This includes situations where the participant is not eligible to attend the trial due to age restrictions, sports ability level, or failure to meet the specified entry criteria. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances, including where the participant attends or presents themselves at the trial venue before their ineligibility is identified.
