As an older / casual runner who hadn't run for years and with several injuries I reached out to Lucija to help support my journey back to regular running again with an aim to create some 'new practical and achievable goals together'. Following the initial VO2max test we quickly established where my current base was and Lucija provided a comprehensive plan to steadily get me back on track with the key aim of avoiding injuries. With all my sessions loaded and monitored through training peaks they provide a valuable insight into my fitness progress. We have regular one to one sessions where we can discuss any issues or changes to the plan so we are always in sync. Lucija is always available via email for anything that's urgent and a few times has linked me up with some excellent physio contacts to keep me on track. I did lactate threshold testing and a VO2 max test 4 months prior to running a half marathon. I was looking to set a new PB at the half marathon and felt my training had no focus prior to the testing. The testing was completed in a friendly environment and the information was very insightful. The team then built me a training program which worked for me around work and family life. They were responsive to feedback on the training runs and helped me set a NEW PB!!!! I couldn’t recommend the testing and coaching enough!
