Our turn up and play programme is open to everyone. There are no membership fees, you can just turn up and enjoy playing basketball.

There are two basketball sessions on offer with My Lifestyle. Beginner's Basketball is aimed at those new to the sport and aims to teach you the basics. Just Play Basketball is aimed at those wanting to game play. ! All equipment is provided.
