Fitness utility and therefore increased health span are my priorities for all clients. My approach will always involve a blend of both strength and conditioning challenges, leading to an increase in both tolerance to resistance and aerobic capacity – These being the two primary disciplines of fitness.
My approach will always remain client centric, with focuses on movement quality and providing sufficient challenge.
With regards to my own training, I have competed in various functional fitness competitions as well as long-distance races, therefore I have plenty of experience within competitive fitness, and I am always willing to help those looking to get involved.
I believe in helping people to fall in love with the journey, not the destination, so that their pursuit of fitness and longevity lasts a lifetime.

I started gym training to help me progress within sport, both in boxing and swimming, but it soon became a passion in itself. The gym has made a huge impact on my life and I now have the pleasure of helping people find ways of training that they love too.
I have experience in helping people from complete beginner, all the way through to people preparing for competitions! My main aim as a coach is to ensure that your training is efficient, tailored and enjoyable for wherever you're at and that you feel prepared, challenged and confident throughout your journey.
It is a genuine joy to see people's growth and wins and I love be the cheerleader all the way!

I’m a former 400mh athlete who won numerous multi-year championships at County and Regional levels, and medalled at National and English Schools championships. I was also selected by England for the Manchester International and won Gold in the 4x400m relay.
My athletics career came to an end due to frequent and recurring injuries, so I switched the focus to my BSc in Sports Coaching. I really enjoyed working with the University’s Football 1st teams on speed development, during my studies, where I also observed the Strength & Conditioning set up at Accrington Stanley FC. My Dissertation analysed the perceptions of EFL & MLS Managers and S&C Coaches on the role of Strength and Conditioning within Football and I was awarded a 2:1.
As your 1-2-1 Fitness Coach, I want to understand your passion, ambitions and goals so that together, we can plan and successfully implement the rest of your journey. It is also important to me to place fun and happiness at the heart of everything we do, as progression, improvement and success will subsequently follow whether that is for general fitness, rehabilitation or achievement of elite performance.
