Here’s all the essential information you need to know before you arrive:

Schedule 
Doors open at 09.30am, and the first event starts at 10.20am. 
We will also be hosting a number of junior races on the track from 10.15am from a number of our local schools.

Parking 
Please head to the West Entrance off Ashby Road (LE11 3QF) and security will direct you to Car Park 1 (What3Words). Please note: there will be no active parking charges on Sunday 17th May so there will be no requirement to use the parking machines on site. 

There will be a short walk from the car park to the event, which is sign posted. Our free on-campus bus shuttle will also be running every 15 minutes. 

Tickets 
Please have your ticket confirmation email ready to show at the spectator entrance (if you have received it). We will also accept this email as confirmation. You will not receive an e-ticket; you will need to collect a wristband on the day at the ticketing gazebo.

Please allow enough time during busy periods, as we're expecting a high volume of traffic throughout the day.

Bag searches 
All bags will be subject to a security check on arrival and re-entry to the venue. 

What to wear 
Please come prepared for the weather. We recommend bringing a suitable coat, hats, and sunscreen. 

What to bring 
There is no stadium seating at the venue, so you may wish to bring a chair or a picnic blanket to use on the grass bank. Personal signs, flags and banners can be used in the venue but must be collected/removed at the end of the event. 

Prohibited items 
The following items are not allowed at the event: 

• Gazebos and sun shelters 
• Glass 
• Weapons 
• Illegal substances 
• Fireworks 
• Flammable substances 
• Drones 

Smoking/vaping is not allowed in or around the stadium. 

Catering 
There will be a variety of vendors available in our Fanzone, including a bar, hot food, a coffee van and an ice cream van. 

Community Fun Day
There will be a variety of activities for children as part of the Loughborough Students' Union Community Fun Day, including face painting and inflatables! 

Fanzone
There will be a variety of athletics activities for everyone to enjoy, we also have our lovely sponsors on site running their own activations, Built For Athletes, Bottle Up and Active Iron and SIS will all be here. Make sure to pop in and say hello!

First aid 
If you need any first aid or help throughout the event, please visit the Ticket Sales desk within the Fanzone.

Photography 
Please note that photography and filming will take place inside the venue, which may be used on the Loughborough University and Loughborough Sport websites and social media channels.
