If you’re looking for somewhere to study on campus, one of the main places will be the Library. It will be open 24/7 from Tuesday 2 January until Wednesday 31 January.
If you need computer facilities, there are a number of PC labs across campus. IT Services provides real-time information on whether there are computers currently available. You can also access computers on campus remotely, both Windows and macOS.
The University campus also has a variety of smaller study spaces available for use including more informal spaces with comfy seating and collaborative work areas. See the full list of additional study spaces and their opening times.
Student Services will be running a range of useful workshops including a Stress Control session in January. There are also weekly wellbeing drop-in sessions Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11am-2pm throughout December and January. Please note these drop-ins will not be running the week commencing 18 December.
All students from any discipline are encouraged to get in touch if they’re struggling with any aspect of mathematics, statistics, academic writing or study skills.
