Welcome to the MLSC

Loughborough's Mathematics Learning Support Centre (MLSC) provides comprehensive assistance for students dealing with new and challenging mathematics and statistics throughout their university journey.

The MLSC, located in Room 0.20 of the Schofield Building, is available to students as a private study space during term time, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Dedicated staff also offer in person tutoring both within the centre and in Pilkington Library. We also offer remote tutoring.

In person and remote tutoring

  • Dedicated tutors are available via a drop-in service in the Schofield centre 4 hours daily.
  • They will also be based in the Pilkington Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm-3pm.
  • We also offer remote tutoring sessions between 10am and 12pm and 1pm to 3pm daily.
