Construction work to upgrade Holywell Four Pitch to begin
On Monday 20 January, construction work to upgrade the current Holywell Four Pitch, will begin.
The pitch will be converted to an all-weather 3G synthetic surface with floodlights and work is expected to be completed by the beginning of May. The work is being undertaken to meet increased demand for football facilities on campus.
The contractors will work 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday although there may need to be some work carried out on Saturdays. In this case, it will have to be approved in advance and residents will be notified. Contractors may arrive before 8am but will not start any machinery until then.
The site will be accessed through the rear of the carpark of Holywell park.
