Developed by our expert physiology team and underpinned by the latest sports science, this offers tailored support to help you train more effectively and achieve your goals.
What's Included
Individualised Training Plans:
- Your plan is built around your personal goals, current fitness, and weekly routine. It is fully customised using insights from an initial physiology assessment, ensuring every session is purposeful and aligned with your development.
Physiology Testing:
- You will begin with a comprehensive lab-based assessment, including VO₂ max and lactate threshold testing. These results form the foundation of your training zones and guide the structure of your plan.
Science Informed Programming:
- Our training plans are shaped by the latest research in endurance, recovery, and performance under fatigue. This is particularly valuable for hybrid athletes preparing for events such as Hyrox.
Expert Support Team:
- You will work with leading physiologists who understand the demands of endurance sport. Our team has experience supporting athletes across all levels, from Olympic competition to local parkruns, and will ensure your plan is both evidence-based and practical.
Performance Monitoring:
- Your training is delivered through TrainingPeaks, allowing for seamless tracking, feedback, and ongoing adjustments based on your progress.

- To maintain the highest standards of service, we keep the number of athletes assigned to each trainer low. This ensures you receive the attention, feedback, and responsiveness needed to maximise your progress.
Personalised Training Plans
Your dedicated trainer will design a bespoke training plan based on your physiology test results and performance objectives. Each training block is structured with clarity and intent, helping you understand the purpose behind every session. This collaborative approach builds confidence, maintains motivation, and supports long-term progression.
Ongoing Support and Communication
Initial Consultations
A one-to-one session to discuss your running background, Hyrox experience (if relevant), and weekly availability.
Bi-Weekly Training Reviews
Every two weeks, your training data will be reviewed and you will receive written feedback to guide your sessions and ensure your plan remains aligned with your progress.
Monthyly 1-2-1 Review Sessions
Each month, you will have a 30-minute consultation to reflect on your progress, address any challenges, and plan the next phase of your training.
Flexible Adjustments
Your plan will adapt with you. If your schedule changes or you need to adjust your training, we will make timely updates to keep you on track.
Performance Monitoring
