The Loughborough Students’ MMA Club blends a range of martial arts disciplines including Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu into dynamic and varied training sessions. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced fighter, classes are tailored to individual ability levels, ensuring everyone can progress at their own pace.

Training focuses on building technical skill, sparring ability, and tactical awareness, alongside conditioning work to improve cardiovascular endurance, core strength, and muscular power. Sessions are professionally instructed, ensuring members develop safely and effectively while pushing themselves both physically and mentally.
