Athletic Union (AU)

Loughborough Students Lifesaving Club is an inclusive community offering Performance and Development Squads for all abilities. With a strong social scene and frequent training sessions, members engage in both dry drills (emergency scenarios) and wet pool sessions (lifesaving techniques like manikin carries and first aid).

The club combines swimming and lifesaving skill development, boasts multiple league titles and championship wins, and has members who’ve competed at events like the Commonwealth Championships. Whether you're aiming for competition or personal growth, the club offers a rewarding experience.
