Calisthenics

Build strength, master body control, and challenge yourself in a fun, social, and supportive calisthenics community at Loughborough.

Whether you’re a beginner looking to get fitter or an experienced athlete aiming to master advanced movements, Calisthenics at Loughborough offers a supportive, motivating environment where you can push your limits and make friends through exercise.

The club focuses on two main disciplines. Hand Balancing involves bodyweight-based exercises such as handstands, one-arm handstands, and ring work, helping to develop balance, control, and precision.

Streetlifting focuses on more intensive movements including pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, and even weighted exercises to challenge your strength and increase your reps.

With coaching, guidance, and a welcoming community, Loughborough Calisthenics is perfect for anyone looking to develop functional strength, improve their body control, and take their training to the next level.
