The feedback we have received from the sessions has been very helpful and has enabled us to refine our thinking as we work towards finalising the Strategy. A series of enabling projects will be launched over the next 9-12 months and these will help to facilitate the delivery of strategy through the core plans referred to in the slides. Project Enable is the first of these and was formally launched on Friday, 11 February. Once the core plans have been developed, we will be in a good position to prioritise, agree timelines and sequencing and make decisions about the activities and resources needed to deliver the strategy over the next 8-10 years.
