Studying on campus during the exam period

Throughout January, many students will head to the Library as a place to revise for their assessments. However, the Library often reaches full capacity during this time of year and some students are unsure of the other spaces available across the campus.

The good news is that there’s a wealth of study space available. Check out some of the following if you don’t need to use the Library’s facilities or services:

  • James France D Wing
  • West Park Teaching Hub
  • Dining Halls
  • Newly refurbished study rooms on the second floor of the Edward Herbert Building
  • IT Labs (check the live availability of each one here)
  • Available teaching rooms

The cafes in James France and West Park Teaching Hub have extended opening times, and you can grab a free coffee in the dining halls too.

Don’t forget, as part of Keep Calm Week Loughborough Students’ Union has opened up Room 1 as a study space area every day from 10am-7pm until Thursday 23 January.
