Loughborough Triathlon is home to some of the UK’s most talented student triathletes, providing the perfect environment to excel in one of the most demanding and rewarding sports.

Loughborough Triathlon is a high-performance programme designed for committed and ambitious athletes. Most members join with strong backgrounds in swimming, cycling, or running and are looking to push themselves further in a competitive, focused environment.

With access to Loughborough’s world-class facilities – including our Olympic-sized swimming pool, state-of-the-art track, and high-performance gym – athletes train multiple times per week under expert coaching. The club regularly competes in BUCS events and age-group national series competitions, producing podium performances and international representatives.

Para-Triathlon is fully integrated within the Loughborough environment, offering tailored support depending on classification and performance level, ensuring all athletes can train and compete effectively.

Loughborough Triathlon Performance Centre (LTPC) is a performance-focused training environment that aims to develop Senior Olympic and Paralympic triathletes to the highest level.

Athletic Union (AU)

Loughborough Triathlon is a high-performance club for dedicated student athletes. Members compete in BUCS events and age-group national series competitions, training up to five times per week using the University’s world-class track, swimming pool, and gym facilities.

With a focus on elite preparation and competition, the club provides the coaching, structure, and environment needed to achieve outstanding performances.
