Lacrosse at Loughborough welcomes everyone, whether you’re aiming to compete at a high level, enjoy the game socially, or try a new sport for the first time.

With multiple squads across men’s, women’s, and mixed competitions, there’s a place for every player to develop their skills, fitness, and understanding of the game.

The club provides a supportive environment, combining expert coaching with opportunities to play in university leagues and competitions. From beginners to experienced players, members can grow their confidence, improve performance, and enjoy the fast-paced, exciting sport of lacrosse while being part of a vibrant and inclusive community.

Athletic Union (AU)

Loughborough University Lacrosse Club is a vibrant community with three men’s and four women’s teams competing in BUCS leagues. Matches are held on Wednesdays, with a mixed team playing on Sundays, welcoming all skill levels.

Members benefit from expert coaching, top-tier facilities, and support in strength and conditioning, physiotherapy, nutrition, and sport science. The club also offers a beginner programme to help new players develop skills and confidence.

Enhanced performance support includes coaching, equipment funding, and access to physiotherapy, nutrition, and conditioning services.
