Sustainability Week: Recycling Facility Tour
Ever wondered what happens to your recycling?
Take a tour of Casepak recycling facility, which processes Leicestershire County recycling, including that from the student halls here at Loughborough.
Last year, 115 tonnes of recycling were collected from our halls of residence by Charnwood Borough Council and taken to Casepak for sorting and onward processing. This tour offers an eye-opening experience as to what happens after your recycling bin is collected.
