Staff Health MOT's

The Occupational Health team are working with Leicestershire County Council to host five Health MOT sessions for Loughborough University staff.

Health MOTs are 30-minute individual health appointments for staff at their place of work. They comprise a number of checks to help them better understand their health and wellbeing, including:

  • Cholesterol – total cholesterol, good cholesterol, and ratio of total to good cholesterol
  • HbA1c – your average blood glucose (sugar) levels for the last two to three months (this gives individuals a better understanding of their average blood sugar levels compared to a simple glucose test)
  • Height, weight, and BMI
  • Blood pressure

Appointments are available on the following dates:

  • 6 May
  • 10 June
  • 7 July
  • 5 August
  • 15 September
