Pop-up Maker Space x Wellbeing

Take a break and get creative at a free drop-in arts session.

Everyone knows that it’s good to take a break from your desk or screens for a short while, and doing something creative can be great for your wellbeing. Whether you’ve got 15 minutes or an hour, there’s something you can make or do in the time you have.

For this special off-campus pop-up, the main activities will be badge making and creating your own bookmark. Use our shiny new badge maker to create your own badge to keep or gift to someone else. Decorate the pre-cut bookmarks with pens, stickers and craft punches, and don’t forget to add a tassel!

In addition to this, there will be basic art materials available at every session for you to use, including paper, paints, origami and colouring sheets.

Arts Events Assistants will be on hand to welcome you and chat! Hot drinks and cake will be provided.

LU Arts campus Pop-up Maker Space sessions take place on the fourth Thursday of the month in different locations from 12.30pm-2.30pm. Keep an eye on their website for details of each session.
