Early Careers Network Skills Workshop: Entrepreneurial Mindset

On the 12 November, the Early Careers Network will be hosting their first event for the 2025/2026 academic year, open to all staff and doctoral researchers. Come along for a hands-on workshop designed to boost your confidence in idea-sharing and entrepreneurial thinking.

In this workshop led by Emma Bishop (Student Enterprise Manager) and Loughborough Alumnus Alex Nash (founder of Alcuris), they will explore the fundamentals of entrepreneurship - what it means, how to think like an entrepreneur, and how to communicate ideas with impact.

Whether you're looking to pitch your research, present yourself more confidently, or simply build your creative thinking skills, this session is for you! Expect practical activities, pitch ideas and an inspiring story of turning ideas into action.
