Lifestyle behaviours in hybrid/remote workers- call for participants
The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of hybrid/remote working on a range of health-related behaviours, particularly physical activity and diet.
Who:
- Are in either part-time or full-time employment, working at least 3 days per week
- Adopt a hybrid method of working, or work 100% remotely
- Have no underlying health conditions that prevent them from undertaking their usual working and daily routine
- Are aged between 18 – 65 years old
What:
An interview (lasting approximately 40 mins to 1 hour) focused on understanding how remote and hybrid work impact lifestyle behaviours, particularly physical activity and diet.
Where & How:
Interviews will be held online (via Teams).
