Researchers at Loughborough University are looking for women aged 18–49 to take part in a research study exploring views on future home-based breast health monitoring technologies.

Researchers at Loughborough University are looking for women aged 18–49 to take part in a research study exploring views on future home-based breast health monitoring technologies.

Early detection of breast cancer can improve treatment outcomes. As new home-based breast health monitoring technologies are being developed, it is important to understand whether women would trust and use them. This study explores the factors that influence trust, acceptance, and willingness to use these technologies, helping to inform the design of future technologies that better meet women's needs and preferences.

Participation involves a confidential one-to-one interview lasting approximately 45–60 minutes, conducted online or in person.

Eligibility:
1. Women aged 18–49 years
2. Comfortable speaking English
3. Available for an online or in-person interview
*No previous experience with breast health technology is required

Participants will receive a £10 Amazon voucher as a thank-you for their time and participation.

This study has been reviewed according to procedures specified by the University Research Ethics (Human Participants) Sub-Committee and has been given a favourable opinion for conduct (LEON ID: 24775).
