On 10 June, we celebrate Age Without Limits Day, a national day dedicated to challenging ageism and encouraging people to question stereotypes about ageing.

This year's theme, 'Let's Question Ageism', highlights how assumptions about age can influence opportunities, confidence and inclusion, often without us even realising it.

As the Age Appreciation Staff Network, we wanted to mark the occasion by running a photo competition celebrating positive and diverse experiences of ageing at Loughborough University. Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit an entry and share their photographs.

The competition has now closed, and our judging panel is reviewing the entries. We look forward to announcing the winners over the coming weeks.
