Interview study on consumers’ views of AI tools

Call for participants: Interview study on consumers’ views of AI tools and the new generation of AI agents

I am a PhD researcher at Loughborough Business School, conducting a study on consumer views of AI tools and the new generation of AI agents. We are recruiting participants who meet either of the following criteria:

Heavy users of AI tools:

  • Use AI tools frequently, for example, more than three times a week.
  • Use AI tools in different task contexts, for example, daily life routines, work or study, fitness plan, or emotional communication.
  • Might have paid for the advanced functions of AI tools.

    or

Non-users of AI tools:

  • Never used any AI tool.
  • Have tried an AI tool only once or twice and then stopped using it.


Additional criteria:

  • Aged 18 years or older.
  • Currently residing in the United Kingdom.
  • Have the legal capacity to participate independently.

The interview will last approximately 60 minutes and can be conducted either online or in person. Participants will receive a £5 Love2Shop e-voucher as a thank you for their time. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time without giving a reason.
