Print, Post and Logistic Services: Workwear Supplier Change

We are in the process of changing workwear supplier following a tender process. Workwear will be unavailable on the Online Shop from the close of business on Monday 1 December 2025 until the new supplier’s catalogue is available early in the new year.

We are in the process of changing supplier following a tender process. The old catalogue on the Online shop needs to be switched off as we go through the process of setting up the new supplier.

Workwear will be unavailable on the Online Shop from the close of business on Monday 1 December 2025 and the new supplier’s catalogue will be available early in the new year.

Colleagues will be able to order existing items from the Online Shop until the close of business on Monday 1 December 2025. It is anticipated that the new supplier catalogue will be live early in the new year, so wherever possible, we would advise colleagues to delay ordering new items until then – this will ensure a level of cohesion with future orders and an opportunity to benefit from cost savings.

We apologise for the inconvenience. For urgent orders during this time, please contact print@lboro.ac.uk. We may be able to complete a one-off order for essential orders. We will review these on a case-by-case basis and advise on the outcome. For all other orders, please check the intranet for an update.
