- Research participant call-outs
An invitation for mature and commuter students to take part in our survey which aims to explore the student experience and key challenges faced by these groups of students.
Professor Hilary McDermott from the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences invites you to participate in a small study that aims to explore the student experience and key challenges faced by mature and/or commuter students at Loughborough University. The study is supported by the University’s Access and Participation Team.
Are you a mature and/or commuting student? To take part, you need to be a mature student (≥21 years of age at registration) and/or a commuting undergraduate student who is:
- Currently attending/studying at Loughborough University, or
- Has discontinued their studies in the past 12 months.
We invite you to complete an anonymous online survey, which should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. You do not need to do anything before completing the survey.
For taking part in the survey, you have the option of being entered into a random prize draw for a £100 Amazon voucher. To preserve the anonymity of the survey, if you wish to be entered into the prize draw, your email address will be collected separately from survey results (eg through another linked survey).
The findings from this study will help us provide enhanced support for mature and commuting students.
