In line with the University Heating Policy, our heating systems will be switched on from Tuesday, 7 October.

Our core heating period runs from October to April, however when we experience high or low seasonal temperatures, our policy enables us to be flexible as to when we turn the heating on. Delaying this during high temperatures also supports our global climate reduction targets for greenhouse gas emissions.
