IT support for students

The PC Clinic is a drop-in service, available to support students with their personal devices.

The PC Clinic will be temporarily based on the ground floor of Graduate House (Angela Marmont Building) from Wednesday 24 September until Friday 3 October. It will be open from 10am-4pm (excluding the weekend).

This will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so we kindly ask that you bring your device, be prepared to take a seat, and wait briefly if necessary.

Where applicable, please ensure your device’s language settings are set to English before arrival, as this will help speed up the process. Please also be aware that although they’ll do their best to assist, IT Services may not be able to resolve all issues brought to them.

The PC Clinic supports Windows 11, Android 13+, macOS 13+ and iOS 16+. Older versions and Chromebooks are not supported.

Please note: This service is not for University-managed devices. Students or staff who have a managed device must raise a support case by contacting IT Services at it.services@lboro.ac.uk
