Please note that the drop-in sessions will not run the week commencing 23 and 30 December.
The drop-in sessions can be used to talk briefly to a wellbeing adviser for 10-15 minutes about your concerns. Concerns may be related to several things including life events, wellbeing, financial difficulties, physical health, or injury.
There is also a range of wellbeing group sessions taking place in December which can be booked via target connect:
- 4 December: Lifting Mood and Motivation
- 4 December: Stress Management
- 11 December: Student Wellbeing Self-Care
