Loughborough Graduate Management Trainee Scheme now open for applications

The University is now accepting applications for its paid three-year Graduate Management Trainee Scheme, designed to help candidates get ready for university leadership and management roles upon completion.

Over the three-year period, successful candidates will complete a range of placements across various University departments, working closely with Schools and having access to the most senior leaders of the University.

They will engage with tailored development activities and will have mentors for support. The placements and development activities are designed to inspire and stretch trainees to reach their potential, helping to build upon our reputation as a top ten university.

  • Are interested in a career based in a dynamic, large organisation that has a mission to advance and disseminate knowledge for public good.
  • Are intelligent, hard-working, articulate, and collegiate in style.
  • Are motivated to complete the programme and like what Loughborough University has to offer.

The scheme is open to new and recent graduates of the University, as well as existing employees who meet the criteria. The starting salary is £26,396.

Applications are being accepted until Monday 27 February at 12pm. Shortlisted candidates will be notified and invited to the assessment centre (Wednesday 15 March) by Friday 3 March. Interviews will take place Wednesday 29 March.

The start date for the roles will be mid-September 2022.
