Leadership opportunity for technicians

A programme for women in leadership designed to tackle EDI challenges and the workforce imbalance in higher education and research is returning for a second cohort next year.

Applications are now open for The Herschel Programme for Women in Technical Leadership. It is a six-month long programme providing tools to help technicians who identify as women to put themselves forward in the workplace and progress in their leadership journey.

Previous participants have described it as ‘inspiring, life-changing and supportive’ as well as ‘immensely rewarding'.
