On Friday 2 December, Nottingham Forest and Stoke City will be playing a mid-season friendly. Gates will open from 6.15pm and kick-off is scheduled for 7.30pm. 

Seven pairs of tickets are up for grabs; for your chance to win, complete the online form before 5pm, Tuesday 29 November.  

The winners will be drawn the following day and those who are successful will be contacted using the details provided in the form.
