Loughborough University would like to wish our Indian community of staff, students and alumni who are celebrating a very Happy Independence Day today.

It is also a day to remember the countless sacrifices made by those who devoted their lives to the country’s struggle for freedom.

We hope both of our campuses are able to reflect some of India's history and culture today, and that our association with the Indian community continues to grow.
