There are nine sections in the survey, with approximately one for each service. The whole survey should take around 15 minutes to complete. If you have not accessed a service, you can skip the series of questions by choosing the 'No' button. 

The form includes a section at the end that asks about your thoughts on accessing their services remotely and how they could improve for the next academic year. 

At the end of this survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw for one of three £10 Amazon vouchers. You will need to provide your Student Registration Number and student email address to enter. Your personal details will only be used for this purpose. 

If you do not wish to enter our prize draw, please select ‘No’ and your response will be submitted anonymously.
