‘Age Matters’ Staff Group – championing age diversity at Loughborough
The ‘Age Matters’ staff group is about to relaunch following focus groups in October to discuss both early and later career concerns and ideas.
The first meeting will be held on Wednesday 5 February from 2pm-4pm in Rutland Building, Room 1.13a.
If you would like to attend the launch meeting, please email Carolyn Kenney, Chair and HR Partner on C.R.Kenney@lboro.ac.uk to confirm your attendance and reserve the date in your diary. Light refreshments will be available.
At the first meeting we will:
- Introduce ourselves and why we want to be part of the group
- Agree roles – for example group secretary, events organiser
- Discuss the focus group feedback
- Agree our focus for 2020
- Agree our meeting schedule
