Finalists: Important information about your student IT account
Action is required by all students who are graduating or leaving this summer.
Following the completion of your studies, your IT user account will enter a 30-day expiry period.
After 30 days, access to your account and all University systems will be permanently terminated and data will start to be deleted.
Please ensure that you:
Back up any data
This includes any documents you might require from your University email account, LEARN, O365 Apps including your OneDrive Loughborough University account and Documents area (U drive).
Please see the Data Storage webpage regarding current changes affecting files and folders stored in your U Drive location (Individual Workspaces).
Update your email details
Where you have quoted or registered with your University email address (online accounts, job applications, etc.) replace this with your personal (non-university) email address.
Please update your contact information within the 30-day expiry period here.
Redeem any unused printer credits
Remaining printing credits: a refund can be provided by visiting Creative & Print Services in Herbert Manzoni.
