Exam support for students
Some of you might be in the thick of exams but the end is almost in sight -this is a reminder that the University has various services and support available to you during the exam period should you require them.
Personal Support
Student Services can provide support with mental health, disability and specific learning differences.
Information about exam anxiety and advice on how to improve your revision skills can be found here. And, you can also access online self-help information at any time.
The Centre for Faith and Spirituality, located upstairs at the EHB, offers a quiet space for study and for taking a break. The chaplains are also on hand to provide emotional and spiritual support.
Study Spaces
The library is open 24/7 during the exam period. Please be aware that it can get very busy during this time, so keep an eye on the Library’s website, Facebook and Twitter for the latest information.
IT software and support
There are a number of PC labs across campus that are open to everyone. You can find your nearest one here. Their availability is updated in real-time.
Your School also has computers available for you to use – go to School Computer Labs for a list. If you need specialist software, IT Services has a searchable list that you can use. You can also see what software is available for you to download.
