Your chance to nominate staff members who go above and beyond
Have you received excellent service from a staff member of Campus Services? Do you know someone from the team that goes above and beyond to help others?
Each year, Campus Services hosts a presentation for all staff members. At the event, a customer service award – The Martin Tailby Award for Customer Service Excellence – is presented to a dedicated member of staff who consistently exceeds expectations and provides an outstanding level of service.
The award relies on nominations from fellow staff, students and visitors to the University to find the deserving recipient of this award.
Campus Services consists of the following teams:
- Domestic and Furniture Services
- Residential Services
- Student Accommodation Centre and Customer Services
If you would like to nominate a member of staff for this award, please let us know by completing the form (available to download at the bottom of the webpage) and forwarding it to firstname.lastname@example.org before Friday 13 April.
