Online incident reporting system updated
The University’s online incident reporting system which launched last December has been reviewed and updated.
The system will remain the same, and there will be no changes as to how you find and access the portal.
From this month, you can use the incident forms to report Chemical, Biological, Fire and Radiation incidents. These important changes have been made to improve the service and provide more functionality.
Don’t forget, anyone can report a workplace incident at the University, it doesn’t have to be the affected person(s).
